Cough Assist E70
- Mechanical insufflation-exsufflation device that provides non-invasive secretion clearance
- Helps patients clear airway secretions when they can’t cough for themselves
- Simulates the natural coughing process with its slow inhale/rapid exhale airflow
- Has an oscillation feature to enhance therapy in assisting mobilization of secretions
- Modes: Automatic and manual
- 3 presets available in both modes
- Inhale pressure: 0 to 70 cmH2O
- Exhale pressure: 0 to -70 cmH2O
- Inhale and exhale time: 0 – 5 seconds
- Frequency: 1 – 20 Hz (only if oscillation is on)

The Vest TM
- Helps mobilize pulmonary secretions through high frequency chest wall oscillation (HFCWO)
- Consists of an inflatable vest connected by tubes to an air pulse generator
- The generator rapidly inflates and deflates the vest, compressing and releasing the chest wall
- The rapid chest movement mimics ‘mini-coughs’ tat dislodge and thin the mucus, moving it along to the central airways
- Treats all lobes of the lungs simultaneously
- Beneficial to patients across continuum of care, including acute and post-acute facilities
- Modes: Normal and Program mode
- Up to 8 program points can be set in the program mode, each with different settings for a single therapy session
- Frequency: 5-20 cycles per second
- Pressure settings: 1-10
- Treatment time: 1-60 minutes
